So I came up with this recipe when we were in dire need to go grocery shopping but were just too busy. We had Pork Chops and not a lot else. I searched our pantry and came up with this super simple, easy dinner that tastes great!
Here is a picture of the finished meal. This recipe is for Pork Chops and gravy. The potatoes and corn were super easy so this whole meal was a hit.
6 hours on low
(I started this at 10am and it was ready by 4. I feel the longer I kept it in the better it got!)
Pork Chops (we used bone in but without bones works great too.)
2 Family Size Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Seriously so simple you guys. Just take all of your ingredients and put them together in the crockpot and stir. I used a spoonful of butter and about half a cup of milk but you can use as much or as little as you'd like.
When we make pork or chicken with cream of mushroom gravy our go to sides are almost always mashed potatoes and corn. It just all seems to go together great!

Thanks so much for reading! If you make this at your home please let me know how it turns out!
Also, here is a great tip for when you make anything in the crock pot:
Use THESE crockpot liners when you use your slow cooker. The clean up is 100X easier! Simply throw out the liner (bag) with the food you don't want. Most of the time I don't even have to clean my crockpot after I use it. How cool is that!
That link is from Target but for my local friends you can also get them at Walmart by the ziplock baggies and plastic cups!
